Receiving sensor data
Works with any RV, trailer, or motorhome — and any truck or vehicle with a level axle.
How It Works

From parking spot to level
in four simple steps.

1
🔗
Pair the sensor
Turn on your WT9011DCL Bluetooth tilt sensor and hold it near your iPhone. The app discovers and connects automatically — no pairing code required.
2
📐
Enter wheel distance
Type the distance between your two wheels in inches. This is saved permanently — you only need to set it once per vehicle.
3
🎯
Place & read
Place the sensor flat inside the RV where it will stay. The app calculates exactly how many inches the low side needs to be raised.
4
Adjust & confirm
Add levelling blocks and watch the display update live. The axle graphic and readout turn green when you're within 0.5° — perfectly level.
Features

Precision tools for
effortless levelling.

No subscription. No account. No cloud. Everything runs on your iPhone — fast, private, and reliable wherever you camp.

🔵
Live BLE data stream
Roll data arrives continuously from your sensor via Bluetooth Low Energy and animates with smooth numeric transitions.
📏
Precise height calculation
Uses trigonometry (sin θ × wheel distance) to calculate the exact lift needed in your chosen unit. Hides itself automatically when the axle is level.
🖼
Animated axle graphic
A live illustration of your axle rotates in sync with the sensor, anchored on the low side so tilt direction is obvious at any distance.
🎨
Colour-coded status
Green when level (< 0.5°), orange for a slight tilt (< 5°), red for significant tilt. Instant status from across the campsite.
🔋
Sensor battery monitor
Reads the BLE sensor's battery level and displays a colour-coded indicator. Turns red below 20% so you're never caught out.
🚗
Apple CarPlay
Full CarPlay support — directional height adjustment displayed on your vehicle's dashboard. Shows which side is low and how much to raise it, updating live as you reposition.
Guided first-launch wizard
A five-step setup guide walks you through pairing on first launch. Wheel distance is remembered permanently.
Apple Watch companion
A paired Apple Watch mirrors the tilt bar and height value from your iPhone — useful when you're outside the RV watching the leveling blocks.
🔒
Completely private
No network calls, no analytics, no account. Sensor readings are processed locally and never leave your device.
Angle Thresholds
Level abs(roll) < 0.5°
Slight tilt 0.5° – 5.0°
Significant tilt > 5.0°

Apple CarPlay

Stay connected
to your data.

TLA integrates natively with Apple CarPlay. Which side is low and how much to raise it appear directly on your vehicle's infotainment screen — so you can reposition the RV without touching your phone.

Apple Watch

The second set of eyes
outside the RV.

Leveling an RV at a campsite often takes two people — one driving, one guiding. The TLA Watch app gives the person outside a hands-free live readout on their wrist, so they can signal the driver without looking down at a phone. Works equally well solo: leave your iPhone inside the motorhome or tow vehicle and glance at your wrist while you place the leveling blocks.

Getting Started

Up and running
in minutes.

The in-app wizard guides you through everything on first launch. Here's what to expect.

1
Power on the sensor and bring it close
Turn on your WT9011DCL-BT50 and hold it within Bluetooth range of your iPhone. The app scans and connects automatically — no pairing code or settings needed.
2
Rotate the sensor until data starts flowing
Slowly rotate the sensor. A blue antenna indicator in the app flashes each time roll and pitch data is received, confirming the connection is live.
3
Enter your wheel distance in inches
Measure the distance between the two wheels you're levelling and type it in. This is saved permanently — you only need to do it once per vehicle configuration.
4
Place the sensor in its permanent spot
Set the sensor flat inside the RV where it will stay mounted. This is its reference position — keep it here every time you use TLA.
5
Tap Start to zero the orientation
TLA captures the current angle as your level reference. Drive to your campsite — the app now shows exactly how many inches to raise the low side. Add blocks, watch it confirm level.
Required Hardware

One sensor.
Works straight out of the box.

TLA requires the WitMotion WT9011DCL-BT5.0 Bluetooth tilt sensor. It's a compact, high-accuracy accelerometer and inclinometer that pairs directly with your iPhone via Bluetooth 5.0 — no receiver dongle, no base station.
